What happened
The employee was placing a defect fuel tank into the rotozip robot 's work table. The robot had an automatic start ability once the team members is out of the light curtain. The employee was standing between the light curtain and the rotozip robot 's work table with their leg sticking out to help break the light curtain. The employee put her leg down and cleared the light curtain without realizing it. This caused the rotozip robot to automatically start and the robot made contact with the employee 's head causing a laceration.
