At approximately [REDACTED] Line 210 transferred followed shortly after by 240. After completing the transfer on [REDACTED] the employees moved to 240 and transferred the backside winder. The employees moved the shaft cart to the front of 240. The employees pulled the shaft onto the cart and began to move the cart in front of the winder. The step piece used for pumping the cart up got caught on the roll and caused the back end to swing. The employees hand was on the shaft when it swung causing it to get pinched between the shaft and the support pole.
