On [REDACTED] the EE was sweeping in the maintenance shop and lifted a mat off the floor. While bending and lifting the EE felt a slight pull on his lower right side stomach area. He stated that he felt fine after the incident occurred but a short time later decided to report it to the supervisor in case anything got worse. [REDACTED] the EE stopped in my office and said that he was having pain when he would move certain ways.
