EE states he was on the truck in the frozen food area when he got out of the truck and off the ladder he lost his balance and fell about 2 meters down on the ground landing on his feet causing injury to his left and right knee due to the distance of the fall causing his body weight to go over his knees and fall backwards. EE was unable to walk after fall. Denies head injury.
