What happened
[REDACTED] was crouching down moving items to a different cabinet. Another [REDACTED] came into the dept. looking for him and called out his hame. While crouched he turned his upper body to look at the other [REDACTED] and felt pain in the back of his right knee. [REDACTED] fell backwards and fell onto his bottom. [REDACTED] sat on the ground for a while because his knee was hurting. [REDACTED] went to ED for treatment at hospital. [REDACTED] was given knee brace and ice pack upon discharge. [REDACTED] states x-ray done in ED was negative for fracture.
