Operating Forklift
What happened
IW was operating a forklift putting a skid away into a rack. When the IW returned to the pick n pack area and got off the forklift they felt something in their eye. The IW rubbed the eye and the discomfort become worse. IW went to the backroom and flushed the eye. A small piece of wood came out of the eye but the discomfort remained. IW went to the clinic where they removed 2 additional small pieces of wood described as a splinter. The eye was numbed and an eye cream was provided to the IW.
