A Contract trainer was was helping pack out on line 31. She was removing crates that had been stacked to place them in boxes. She attempted to unstack the some a stack of 4 crates that were nested They were stuck together she pulled hard but they did not come apart she tugged and jerked them forcefully to get them to come apart and she heard a pop in her right shoulder and began to feel pain resulting in a strain in her shoulder
