What happened
Per MSF- [REDACTED] was emptying a bucket of chlorinated solution into a slop sink when some of the solution splashed onto her face and into her eye. She then went to the eye wash station and rinsed out her eyes for approximately 20 minutes. She then went to Employee Health because her eyes were still burning. Employee Health sent her to ED for treatment and they told her to follow up with her primary care physician.
