He noticed something was irritating his right eye so flushed and rinsed with water and eye wash solution. Irritation went away so he finished his shift and went home. Over the weekend the irritation returned. Rinsing did not help. [REDACTED] worker reported to safety department and was sent into company allocated Urgent Care Occ-Med.
