What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] an employee working on the 2-bar line got their right middle finger caught in an ingoing roller on a conveyor system causing a contusion. The employee was working at the operator station at the NW corner of the line when she noticed the belt that propels the rollers on the west side of the conveyor was not moving. The employee stated the belt was relatively new and was told that it will occasionally stick until it is broken in. The employee then reached her hand into the conveyor in an attempt to grab the belt and give it a tug to get it moving again. As the employee reached their hand around...
