What happened
An employee in [REDACTED] sustained fractures to her right index finger and right middle fingers when she was contacted by the press mechanism. The injured employee was in the process of training an operator new to the machine who was positioned at the operator station on [REDACTED]234 when the incident occurred. The injured employee was operating [REDACTED]212 directly adjacent to [REDACTED]234 as she was training in the new operator.
