What happened
My right shoulder has been sore and causing pain. Moving me to a different line doing work that entails me to consistently raise my arms above my head has made it worse. It has caused pain in my elbow as well. Everyday i have pain and soreness. Before stretching would give me some relief but now that doesn 't help anymore
