What happened
An employee from the Layout department suffered an injury when he was carrying wood pieces (3 total – 48” long weighing a total of 30 lbs.) employee dropped 1 piece and stumbled twisting his ankle foot. Employee reported incident following day ankle foot area was still sore. Went to Occupational Doctor for evaluation. Evaluation of foot showed employee had suffered an Achilles strain
