Before the incident
Per EE report I arrived at the scene of the code gray at approximately [REDACTED]. Other officers are on standby waiting for staff to bring medication. As we entered the [REDACTED] the PT started crying and sitting on the floor. We tried leading him to the bed to restrain him then all of a sudden he had a change of heart. PT started pushing us off and resisting to be on restraints. As we were trying to put him down to the floor to restrain him from fighting. I ended up getting my back slammed to the wall. We managed to put him on the floor and put him on hold while staff restrained him. After my adrenaline started to wear off my lower back started to feel stiff and sore.
