Tote sorting and putting supplies away

I lifted the tote off of my cart and noticed a small pain in my right elbow. I believe it has been accumulating from repetitive motion lifting and sorting the 15-25 pound totes every morning and every day. I use two hands to lift them however even when empty there is some weight to the totes. My dominant arm is my right arm. I know I use that arm more.
