What happened
Employee was removing shrink wrap from a pallet of feed as he normally does once receiving a new order prior to putting out for sale. While using his knife to remove the wrap he cut into his left hand below his index finger. The cut was deep and I directed him to have it checked out at the Emergency Room in case he needed stitches. The doctor determined he needed 5 stitches in his hand.
