On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] during a chest x-ray exam the patient [REDACTED] [REDACTED]: [REDACTED] was sliding down from gurney while performing a chest x-ray. Nursing was busy to assist in re-positioning the patient. The tech had to re-position the patient on his own. Once the x-ray was performed the tech felt a discomfort in lower back. It was not server until he had to re-position the patient for right and left foot x-rays. He finished the exams but when he returned to the radiology department. This is when he knew something was wrong.
