Worker was applying tension to modify a spring-loaded ROM rollup shutter door on one of the fuel-lube trucks during assembly.

The polymer tensioning spud rounded off under tension workers’ wrench slipped off the tensioning spud and the pre-load of the spring spun the door straps causing contact of sharp edge with workers’ left hand.

Laceration to left hand.
