What happened
Employee was working on the 72 CTL for a separate issue and noticed the paper winder had walked out of alignment. Employee went over to the paper winder and either pushed or pulled the paper back into alignment. They felt a pop in their left arm and discomfort. Went to the supervisor on duty and explained what had happened. It was then determined that they should go to the clinic. Diagnoses was a bicep muscle tear to the left arm.
