At [REDACTED] I was delivering clean laundry and started feeling short of breath wheezing and sweating. I used my Symbicort inhaler and felt better. I started to feel shortness of breath and wheezing at some point later in the afternoon; I used my Albuterol inhaler and it helped. Approximately [REDACTED]-[REDACTED]. I started getting a headache and my sinuses and throat were burning slightly. I went home at the end of my shift at [REDACTED] and later hat night at [REDACTED] I started feeling nauseated and my ears were ringing. I took a [REDACTED] and Tylenol and went to bed. At some point at night I woke up and vomited and took another [REDACTED]. I was feeling worse when I woke up so I went to the ER.
