What happened

Employee States Employee states Around [REDACTED] I started to do the cleaning of the white cutting boards I lifted the cutting boards onto a cart and brought them into the dish room by pizza I then lifted the one board into the 3 bay sink and was rinsing off the gel bleach with the hose I was holding the hose with my right hand and the board with my left hand The board was very slippery from the gel bleach and it was an awkward position so I lost hold of it The board fell back and hit my right shoulder and right hip bone It was a blunt feeling that hurt The pain was consistent for the rest of my shift When I got home I took [REDACTED] for the pain The [REDACTED] when I woke up it was starting to bruise and I was still in pain Throughout the week from working in the department the pain seemed to be getting worse On [REDACTED] I wanted to get it looked at by a doctor and called the store to report this incident
