Employee States Employee states that she has had issues with Sciatica in the past During her shift she believes that she may have irritated or reinjured it She states that she was breaking down the grocery load with two other employees both Grocery Customer Service When they got to the heavy items Employee said that she would do them She lifted two cases of water that were about 20 30 lbs and moved them from the pallet to a runner on the left She went to pick up the 3rd case and noticed it was leaking She placed that on the same runner When she went to grab the next the case and while she was leaning over she felt intense pain in her back before she picked it up She tried to stand straight up however the pain was intense she felt like she might fall She grabbed the runner for support Other employee offered to get her a chair but Employee did not think she would make it so she grabbed her a stool Employee sat down and then took some ibuprofen She was waiting to see if it felt better whe
