What happened

Employee States Employee states that she was lifting the tropical plants off the floor in her department [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and felt a pull in her lower back She immediately felt a sharp pain but finished her shift for the day The pain seemed to get worse later on so the employee applied heat to the injured area and took tylenol When she woke up the pain was about the same as [REDACTED] so she came in for her shift Around [REDACTED] noticed the pain was getting worse sharp pain in lower back shooting into her butt on the left side and wanted to go to an urgent care for treatment At this time the employee called the manager on duty [REDACTED] to report the injury
