Employee States Employee states that the alarm on the oven sounded that the bake was finished Employee states that at [REDACTED] they approached the oven door and that they were standing to right of the door when opening Employee states that they slightly opened the door to let out built up steam in the oven Once they believed the steam had dissipated still standing to the right of the door they opened the door further On doing this the employee states more steam was released which hit them in the face and it was felt in both eyes but at this point they were not in any distress The employee states that at that time they didn t have a supervisor present however when one did show up they shared with them what occurred They state that they continued to work till the end of their shift and reported for work on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and they state that their left eye was bloodshot They worked their full shift on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] they felt severe discomfort
