RETRIEVING WOODEN CRATE FROM WORKSHOP WHEN RETRIEVING WOODEN CRATE FROM WORKSHOP LIFTED THE CRATE AND FELT STRAIN IN LOWER BACK AS IT WAS HEAVIER THAN EXPECTED

Employee States When I opened the trailer I couldn t figure out how to turn on the lights so I was using my phone flash light The trolly was towards the back of the trailer and there was an unfinished on top of it I lifted the one that was unfinished up and it started to tip once I realized how heavy it was I didn t want it to fall so I slowly lowered it down putting a lot of tension on my lower back Then I had to pick up the other trolly and carry it backwards out of the trailer because there was no way for me to get behind it Moving through the trailer with the trolly was very awkward so I didn t have the best footing Once I got it out of the trailer I put it on a U boat and moved it to the location and my back felt strained but not bad [REDACTED] I stood up and there was a shooting pain that went down my back Pain is about an 8 or 9 out of ten since then
