Employee was walking in the parking lot.

What happened

Employee was on her last stop of the day and was dropping off a car at a branch. She had just parked a car in the parking lot that she was dropping off and was walking up to the main entrance of branch 32H1 to drop off the keys. She didn 't see the step down right before the entrance and she tripped and fell right onto her face. She hurt her right knee and bruised her left hand. She has cuts and bruises on her face and her nose was bleeding profusely. The witness [REDACTED] was her shuttle driver there to pick her up and saw her fall. He said that she is on blood thinners therefore there was a ton of blood. All of the inside employees of the branch came out to check on her. She complained of being dizzy so no one wanted to move her and with all the blood they were afraid she would pass out. Because she wouldn 't move no one knew exactly what was the injuries and so they called 911 to have an ambulance move her and take her to the hospital. [REDACTED] didn 't know who exactly called 911
