[REDACTED] was walking in the parking lot in front of Branch [REDACTED] when she tripped and fell because of an uneven incline change in the parking lot surface that she didn 't notice. She fell backwards landing on her tailbone and hitting the back of her head pretty hard. She bruised her tailbone and had a big lump on the back of her head. The branch at [REDACTED] called an ambulance and insisted that she get checked out at the closest hospital. She was released after some testing and was cleared. Her supervisor [REDACTED] sent a driver to pick her up and bring her back to her home branch where she could then go home.
