Associate was walking across the main traffic aisle to go to assigned work area
What happened
Associate was crossing the aisle returning to her work area from the rest room. Associate was roughly halfway across the aisle and was bumped by a rack being carried by a forklift and fell to the floor. Associate stated that she did not notice the oncoming forklift. The forklift was travelling forward with a single rack but forklift driver stated that the other associate was in his blind spot and he did not see her until it was too late to stop.
