What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was entering trailer UFPL-354421LIVE in [REDACTED] to pick up some pallets for receiving. When he entered the trailer the back end began to rise. Not knowing what was going on [REDACTED] decided to back out of the trailer and when he did the back end of the trailer went down suddenly. This caused [REDACTED] to bounce on the seat of the forklift and injure his lower back.
