Before the incident
EE was using a motorized pallet [REDACTED] to move a pallet.
What happened
EE stopped and the jack continued to move backwards onto EE right ankle. EE stated that right foot was more forward than left and may have gotten trapped under the rear of the fork causing them to stumble backwards. As a result they grabbed the handlebars in an attempt to catch fall and in doing so may have caused the PIV to further run into ankle.
