What happened

EE reported to supervisor office having difficult breathing was in a great deal of pain and could not speak. EE had pain in high to mid back wrapping around the ribs to left side of chest. EE was squeezing left hand into fist repeatedly like it was numb. Direct supervisor was concerned that EE could be showing signs of a stroke or heart attack. Supervisor made decision to have EE seen at the ER and rule out any chance of Heart attack. Later on as EE met back up with Supervisor in waiting room EE was asked by supervisor what he was doing at the time he noticed pain. Employee was moving a 12 inch roll of 10 oz fiberglass over to the cut table to pull out and cut for small box and twisted pull back in the wrong way and cause pain to shoot up the back and ribs on left side of the body all the way around to the front causing it to become very hard to breathe.
