What happened

Caster was de-molding a box from the hat. When they went to unscrewone of the bolts they realized it was bent most likely due to the heat ofthe part. The employee was following the usual method of removing astuck bolt with the butterfly however it did not have enough strength todisengage the bolt. The employee used the next method ofdisengagement which is utilizing the hand-held battery operated impact.Unfortunately the pressure of the bolt had built up behind it causing thebolt to launch back toward the casters face making direct contact to theleft eye side of the safety glasses causing them to snap lacerating theirleft eye brow
