What happened
Employee arriving to work was walking along the west sidewalk in front of the building. Employee was walking and got close to the curb and she stepped her left foot onto the parking lot when her right foot was still on the sidewalk. The height difference of the two surfaces caused and imbalance and the employee fell forward.
