What happened
During [REDACTED] training in Barron. During the portion of the class when we practice taking a person to the floor. I was the person being assisted to the floor. The person on my right side was taking charge and the person on my left arm was to let go so I c ould break my fall. I had to pull my arm free to break my fall nearly landing on my face. The process was not done correctly. I felt tingling in my left hip buttock area at the time. I became very sore later in the day at home which has persisted. I have sharp pain in my Left buttock hip area when changing positions and mild pain continuously.
