Before the incident
Employee had just removed papers documents from the copier machine and was going through them to ensure that the papers documents were theirs. They were standing next to a table with chairs around it and then went to walk away
What happened
Employee suddenly began to fall due to their foot being caught in the chair leg. Noticing that another employee Employee 2 was standing at the copier they extended my hands and grabbed employee 2 by their waist to brace the impact. Then began to fall forward and they twisted their body and landed on the floor with their face resting on her hip.
