The Operator came down the [REDACTED] stairs and turned to the right onto the orange walkway At the the same time a FLO was loading an empty pallet of 7 5 oz cans onto the infeed chains and bumped the Operator causing him to stumble and attempt to catch himself before falling While doing so he placed his hand onto a piece of angle iron causing a small cut on the palm of his right hand
