EE was using hoist to stack tire. He was using right hand 82 high to stabilize tire on top of stack. Felt a pop in right shoulder. Range of motion reduced and pain felt in fully upright arm position.

EE reaching up to steady the fifth tire being stacked by hoist. Heard and felt right shoulder pop. Repeated movement causes pain when arm is fully extended while reaching overhead.
