[REDACTED] and [REDACTED] were tasked with rollforming and started stacking 18ga coil horizontally with the help of forklift and [REDACTED] were standing beside the working table. They are trying to flip the coil orientation with a forklift. In doing so [REDACTED] approached to attempt to help [REDACTED] and [REDACTED].

As [REDACTED] the forklift operator was lifting the coil he instructed [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] to stand clear of the coil even if it began to tip. [REDACTED] lifted the coil into a vertical position on the ground but the coil began to tip forward afterword. As the coil tipped forward [REDACTED] stepped forward to try to steady the coil but give the weight of coil was unable to do to. The coil instead fell forward onto [REDACTED] 's right foot.
