What happened
He was delivering equipment to OPPD in [REDACTED]. He had the [REDACTED]. He was going down the road and an 18-wheeler was over the median line. To avoid hitting him [REDACTED] tried driving towards the edge of the road. There was no shoulder and the trailer tires went off the road. The vehicle started heading towards the ditch so he turned the vehicle to get back on the road rather than driving into the ditch. When the trailer tires got back on the road it started fishtailing and he was trying to slow everything down but he couldn’t and the vehicle and trailer flipped.
