What happened
[REDACTED] was holding the stack of 10 cartons while [REDACTED] Lead was placing the cartons between them. As [REDACTED] Lead was placing the cartons between the stack [REDACTED] released their right hand to help [REDACTED] Lead with the stack and as a result the 10 cartons of marble tile (590lb) fell forward and struck [REDACTED] 's hand causing it to be caught between the cartons. After [REDACTED] lead released [REDACTED] 's right hand from between the cartons [REDACTED] Lead noticed bruising on the right index and middle finger and reported it immediately to the supervisor.
