What happened
I was working in the second compartment of the energy recovery (ERU-15) unit on the roof of the Wishart building. When I was getting out of the compartment the ladder slipped out from under me and I fell on the I beam below. I fell on my left side. My left arm was under my rib cage The lower left of my rib cage has some discomfort. My left arm has some discomfort in elbow area. I was by myself.
