Processing dirty instruments to be sent off site. instruments were lying on bottom of metal casket. Attempted to pick up to put appropriately in case fumbled the instrument as was stuck to bottom of casket sticking right thumb on a sliver forcep which was also stuck to the bottom of the casket. several instruments were stuck to the bottom of the casket by some sticky substance presume the preclenz sitting next to the casket. was wearing gloves stuck through the gloves. did bleed.
