What happened
On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was placing finished good board product into a trailer for customer delivery. As he began to enter a trailer he inadvertently bumped the side of the load against the side of the trailer misaligning the top 6-7 boards They backed out of the trailer set the load down and lifted the top boards (approx. 15 lbs.) and pushed them forward with his chest. At this time he described feeling a pop in their right shoulder. The employee did not report the incident. He sought medical care on his own and was directed to plant resources on [REDACTED].
