What happened
[REDACTED] it was either [REDACTED] [REDACTED] or [REDACTED] I was lifting two black bins down in [REDACTED] out of their solid linen room because they were full and needed to be replaced I put them on a flat bed. But I do a lot of lifting at work anyhow so it could have been anything turning wrong lifting wrong basically anything. I went to ED on [REDACTED] and got seen around [REDACTED] and was discharged around [REDACTED]. And I was seen by a nurse named [REDACTED] and my primary doctor that I was seen was [REDACTED] he told me it was like Muscular Skeletor something so basically a sever muscle spasms. He has me on no heavy lifting restrictions intel I do a follow-up around 2 or 3 weeks from being seen.
