Before the incident
Driving a tow motor and picking up a pallet.
What happened
The employee was performing his normal job duties by pulling 7 truck strings of pallets with a mule to the stack & load area on the [REDACTED] line. As he was entering the [REDACTED] ramp of the wool plant the sixth truck string (carrying 1 pallet) hit a bollard on the corner as he was making the turn inside. The bollard knocked off the pallet. The employee noticed this stopped the mule and got out of the vehicle to move the pallet out of the way. In route to pick up pallet the employee slipped on a residual amount of cullet at the top of the ramp and fell on his right hip. They immediately reported the incident.
