Operating using equipment

My partner and I were unloading the stretcher. WE had the first set of legs down and I had just turned the release button to move forward. I turned my head to look at the doorway of the facility when the stretcher came down out of the ambulance unto the m etal bumper. The stretcher somehow never caught on the hook and fell down and hit my right knee area.
