[REDACTED] crew was responding to a [REDACTED] call. Patient stated he weighed 400 pounds. Patient stated weak and unable to move or support his own weight. Patient was in a downstairs unit and had a flight of wooden outside stairs to go up to reach the ambulance. [REDACTED] lifted patient to stair chair by grabbing under arms. After securing patient on stair chair. [REDACTED] used stair chair to move patient up a flight of stairs. Then [REDACTED] crew lifted patient from stair chair onto the ambulance cot. [REDACTED] boosted patient up in ambula nce cot by tilting ambulance cot and using lift sheet. At the time both crew members stated they were fine. On [REDACTED] I noticed lower back pain across lower back left and right sided stabbing like.
