What happened
We placed a blanket under a patient to lift and move him to our cot. We had limited resources and I ended up lifting the torso of the patient on my right side and transitioned to my left out in front of me to place him on the cot. During that movement s omething in my left wrist began to hurt. After the incident any time I lift my hand up my wrist hurts.
