Before the incident
Associate reports that she was walking out to her car after her shift was over. She states she had all of her winter gear on (coat headband etc.) and was unable to hear a helicopter that was landing at the hospital.
What happened
She states that this incident occurred at the upper parking lot by physician parking in the tunnel area where the door entrance is. She states she usually does not park in this area but due to construction this was the closest area to park to be near the surgery entrance. She states that the wind from the helicopter landing picked her up off the ground and caused her to fall and land on her left side.
