Before the incident
The employee was part of a loading crew tasked with securing pipe with chocks for transport. The EE was preparing to hammer in a chock to secure the pipe. The EE was doing this task from the elevated position of the loading trailer.
What happened
An employee was preparing to hammer in dunnage. The EE lost his balance and jumped forward off the trailer to the ground. The EE landed on both feet but fractured his left foot from the impact.

Fracture of the left foot (Calcaneus) w potential for other minor fractures through out the left foot. A radiologist is going to overlook the X-rays w final determination.
